Description: 

TGP has been working as part of the development team in the creation of a new mixed use integrated community at the intersection of Coleman Road and Brokaw Road next to the CalTrain station in Santa Clara. The 25 acre community consists of over 1,200 apartments in four podium garden structures, with a hotel, community serving retail, and pubic park space. The site includes many innovative park and recreation spaces to make this a great place to live and visit.
