Description: 

A luxury apartment community in Redwood City along Redwood Creek.  Landscape design includes a podium level courtyard with hot tub/spa overlooking the creek.  A sculptural stone water feature, and art pieces create a distinct character.  Outdoor amenities include an outdoor cooking area with barbeque, ping pong table, and synthetic lawn play area activate the space.  A public trail connection is included paralleling the creek, which ultimately will provide recreational bike and pedestrian links to the downtown.
