Description:

A new office campus for EMC with a strong emphasis on active amenity spaces for employees.  Each building features an outdoor room that has a fireplace, BBQ area, trellis, and table and chair seating. A entry fountain wall is defines the entry sequence and provides sound dissipation from the adjacent highway, as well a distinct design feature between the buildings.  Recreational space includes a bocce and basketball court. A paved trail encircles the entire site, with potential future connections to a larger regional trail system.
