TGP provided landscape architectural services for this 305-unit urban infill rental community in Downtown Redwood City.

The five story building includes a roof deck with panoramic views and lounge seating. A central courtyard over a two story parking garage contains a luxurious swimming pool and spa deck. Outoor gathering spaces include fireplace features, barbecue food preparation areas and lounge seating. A contemplative outdoor space contains a reflecting pool water feature and is flanked by bamboo groves.
