Description: 

The landscape design encompassed both on-grade and on-roof spaces for the resident’s use. The wrap style apartment community, sited on a former Kaiser Hospital site in Santa Clara provides numerous amenities, including the fabulous roof deck, sited, unusually over a multi-story parking garage, effectively creating a well detailed, community destination instead of exposed parking. Views and resident activity were the highest priority in the collaborative creation of the signature open space.

On grade courtyards also provide a variety of uses in a less intensive style.
