Description: 

TGP provided landscape architectural services for this luxury apartment community consisting of 280 units and approximately 24,000 sq.ft. of retail space.

This dynamic mixed-use development addresses the high demand for residential living in downtown Sunnyvale, and consists of two six-story buildings featuring a mix of studios, one- and two- bedroom apartments, and ground level townhomes, as well as retail and underground parking.

Amenities include a swimming pool and spa, outdoor gathering spaces with fireplace and bbq. A special retail courtyard is carved into the streetscape and accented with public art.
