Description: 

Vaya, a four-story, 178 unit apartment complex facing the BART station is located at the heart of Walnut Creek.

Featured with a 50-foot tall monumental sculpture at the building corner, Vaya is a transit-oriented community in an urban contemporary style. Integrated with a swimming pool and spa, the lower podium includes lounge seating, barbeque amenities, fireplace, game tables and stone fountain. The roof deck is surrounded by lush landscaping and views of Walnut Creek, which makes a perfect place for intimate social gatherings or just a peaceful escape.

A dog park is located on the right side of the building for private residential use
