Napa Valley College Student Housing

Description: 

Napa Valley College Student Housing is an expansion of the campus to include on-campus student housing, a first for the college. The project includes two active courtyards providing game and activity areas as well as quiet study spaces for students. The three new buildings open out to a broad entry plaza that offers a welcoming arrival to students and visitors. The entry plaza is also configured to allow for larger special events.

Landscape design for the project integrates the site with the college campus and provides a planting buffer to adjacent riparian areas. Planting design includes Napa Valley native plants and celebrates the areas vibrant viticulture and agrarian land uses.

Design for the project is currently in progress and is slated to begin construction in 2021
