Description: 

1001 Shoreline is a 111,000 sf office, the first phase of a mixed-use office residential district we are actively working on. The office building provides a public plaza with bike parking and seating in anticipation of a new bus stop.

The rich planting palette, all water-wise, creates a vibrant, somewhat informal context for the elegant building geometry. A large, interim use recreation area was created on the phase 2 parcel for basketball and volleyball. The building is leased to Google at present.

Phase 2 is undergoing City review in early 2020.
