Description: 

A site design was developed which allowed the new 74,000sf office building to stand out as a unique architectural feature, but also integrate the site into the park-like context of the Stanford Research Park. Drought tolerant plant material and highly efficient irrigation systems were employed to meet sustainability and efficiency goals for the project.

An outdoor patio space to the south of the building is nestled into the existing grade and shaded by existing Redwoods and a prominent Cedar tree which were preserved on-site. A second outdoor patio is also included to the west, as well as three roof decks which offer wide views.
