This is a vibrant urban design in downtown Redwood City, adjacent to the Caltrain Station.  The landscape design integrates a street level pedestrian experience with the rest of the downtown core.  A 3rd floor courtyard provides a serene lounge experience for tenants and guests with built-in seating and dining areas.  Outdoor barbeques, cooking area, outdoor fireplace, and a central water feature provide additional amenities.
