A new patio terrace was developed to create an inviting and activated amenity space for this multi-tenant office building.

With sweeping vistas of Mt. Tamalpais and the Marin foothills, this space features several seating areas in the shade of Oak trees and a new shade sail structure, a dining / bar counter, sculptural metal panel screens, a small lawn play area, a sculptural wood bench, new permeable paver plaza, and a pet relief area.
