Description: 

Retail and residential mixed use redevelopment of mid-century shopping center developed by Joseph Eichler in 1956. Revitalized space includes stormwater treatment in landscaped parking lot and park addition with outdoor plaza for neighborhood gatherings.  The shopping center is the only retail project developed by Eichler and serves as an anchor for the neighborhood he developed to the north of the site.
