Description: 

Linda Vista will provide 70 affordable housing units within a 7-story urban infill development. The project will provide an improved streetscape with regionally adapted planting and an iconic corner plaza with seating and an interactive sculptural element. Amenities on the podium courtyard will include two playground spaces with play equipment, an indoor/outdoor spill out space with dining area, and a variety of lounge seating, all surrounded by accent planting of grasses, perennials and trees for shade.
