The Lofts Apartments at Main Street Cupertino consists of 120 apartments and ground floor retail space oriented toward the town square.

The central courtyard provides amenity spaces for the residents, including shaded seating, BBQ grill, wood decks, movie wall, colorful planters and palm trees, framed by a sculptural curved wall feature. A colorful resin panel courtyard wall provides a distinctive edge along the public walkway, with shade sails and bar seating activating the space.

Amenities include outdoor dining and workspace areas, with festive lighting, wine room terrace, and decorative fountains.
