Taking its name from the former Martin Shipping Company, The Martin is a 92 unit luxury apartment site in the Dogpatch neighborhood that combines industrial style with boutique living.
The central courtyard features a portal frame and water feature creating a calm elegant feeling. Stormwater treatment is seamlessly integrated into the courtyard.
The stunning roofdeck, with custom design wood seating “ware” and steel frameworks subtly defines different use areas and frame views to the city and the Bay. Barbeques, lounging areas and a dog park add to the amenities.
