This office condominium project is located between Highway 101 and the San Francisco Bay, featuring a Vineyard Garden theme throughout the site landscape design.  The main entrance features an innovative monument design, and there are many outdoor patio and plaza spaces throughout the development that encourage tenants to enjoy the beautiful gardens and surrounding Oak woodlands on the surrounding hillsides.
