This newly completed outdoor amenity space at the 451K SF University Circle in East Palo Alto took the place of a lackluster lawn and seating area creating a new center to the existing campus.

The outdoor event and gathering area, dubbed the Circle, is surrounded by three office buildings and the separately owned Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. The new space provides users with a large lighted trellis structure with seating and a food service area, a two-sided fireplace with televisions, and a walkway suspended over the campus’s reflecting pool.

Apart from tenants using the space several community events are being hosted as well, including Silicon Valley’s GranFondo bicycle race in June.
